💙 My 5th Year Walking for Mental Health 💙 This October marks my 5th year taking part in One Foot Forward to support Australians living with mental illness, and to honour those we’ve lost and the families, friends, and communities affected. Over the past five years, I’ve walked thousands of steps for this cause — each one a reminder that mental health matters, and that no one should walk their journey alone. I walk for those struggling in silence, for the friends and family who support them, and in memory of those we’ve lost too soon. This challenge is my way of helping fund crucial mental health research, support services, and education through the Black Dog Institute. Together, step by step, we can create a future where seeking help is normal, support is accessible, and hope is always within reach.

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
