A tribute for My Brother
Earlier this year, I lost my brother to a lifelong battle with mental illness. He deserved more support, more understanding, and more hope than the world was able to give him. And he is not alone — so many people are out there right now fighting the same invisible battle, often in silence. I'm walking for One Foot Forward in his memory, and for everyone who is still on their journey. Because while I couldn't change my brother's story, I believe we can help change someone else's. If this cause means something to you too, please consider donating — no amount is too small. Every dollar goes toward making mental health support more accessible and reducing the stigma that keeps so many people from asking for help.
