My Updates
Greetings
Hi there,
The reality we live in factors that 1 in 5 people experience a mental illness each year.
This October, I'm walking 150km in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
My goal is to spread the word, raise some funds and give back to the community for Black Dog Institute, As there are new mental health treatments, education, and digital services rolling out every year. So I'm doing my part in helping out, as no action is too small to make a difference
If you are financially able to assist and sponsor me and support my 150km challenge:

Together, we can create better discussion around mental health for all,
Thank you.

Like many people out there, I’ve lived much of my life battling with, mental health, and the challenges that come with it. Along the way, I’ve also lost people I care about to those battles. I’m running in solidarity — not only for those who have been impacted by mental health struggles, but also for everyone who has lost a friend, a family member, or someone they love. Please remember: kindness is free. In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelmed by hostility, hate and war, a little patience, understanding and compassion can completely change the way someone experiences a moment, a day, or even their outlook on life. I often say that a simple smile can impact someone in the biggest way. You never truly know what another person might be carrying behind the scenes. So, if you see me out there running, please don’t be afraid to say hello. A smile, a wave, or a few kind words might mean more than you realise. I’m running for those still fighting, those we’ve lost, and everyone who has been touched by the battle. Let’s choose kindness. Let’s look out for one another. And let’s keep the conversation going
