Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Mental health affects us all, whether through our own experiences or the people we love. I’m joined by my amazing family this year and we’ve signed up for One Foot Forward because mental health matters to us. Each of us has been touched by mental health in some way through friends, family, colleagues and our own journeys. We know how powerful it is to show up, step by step, for something bigger than ourselves. Walking together is our way of raising awareness, starting conversations and helping break the stigma around mental health. Every km we cover is a reminder that no one has to walk their path alone. We’re proud to be part of this movement, supporting the incredible work of the Black Dog Institute and raising funds that go directly into research, resources and programs that change lives.
