Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates

Mental Health Month
I am supporting and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute. This organisation means the world to me. It saved my life. Since being a teenager I have suffered with and always diagnosed with depression. No antidepressants has ever helped. It's been tough on my family to see me go through this illness. There was one period of two years that I was in and out of a psych ward still diagnosed with depression. I turned to the Black Dog Institute for help where they diagnosed me with Bipolar 2 giving me access to different types of medications. My moods settled thankfully. This is why I have taken the challange to raise funds for MH so others can find happiness in their life as I did 💖 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
