Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

5 weeks 💔💔

It’s been 5 long weeks since I… -saw my gorgeous boy -hugged my gorgeous boy -heard my gorgeous boy -kisses my gorgeous boy -smelt my gorgeous and so so so so much more. The big space in my heart wil never recover 💔 I will forever be proud of who my boy is and never miss an opportunity to say “Riley is MY son” I will forever love, miss and think of the millions of memories I have 💙👼

Jetty walk #1

The last time I walked the Jetty was with my boy. It started with an impromptu Breaky date at the Goose. It was raining but Riley still thought a Jetty walk would be fun. It was!! Did we get soaked✅ Did we chat✅ Did we laugh✅ Did we have fun✅ Was it full of love✅ The sun wasn’t shining that day but my boys smile was 💙 Today the was my first walk without my boy by my side 💔 The sun was shining as bright as his smile 💙👼 Walking the 60km doesn’t start until October and what walking I do leading up til then will reset.

Friday 24/7/2026, my life changed forever and mental health stole my beautiful boy from me, and the world that he made a better place for so many around him. Forever in my heart and memories 👼💙
