Support My Running to Increase Suicide Prevention
This October, I’m running 10 km every day - a total of 310 km to raise awareness for mental health and support suicide prevention through the Black Dog Institute.
Mental illness has deeply affected the lives of people close to me-friends, family, and at times, even myself. It’s painful, invisible, and often carried in silence. But it doesn’t have to be.
I’m taking on this challenge not just to push myself physically, but to spark conversations and remind people that they are not alone. Every KM run is for someone who’s struggling, someone who’s lost, and someone who needs to hear that it’s okay to ask for help.
If sharing this, or running this, can reach even one person, then it’s already worth it.
Let’s break the stigma, support each other, and take one step forward - together.
Well Done Johnny - great effort!!
