Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
Mental health is often something we carry quietly, but it affects so many of us in deep and lasting ways. Whether it’s through personal experience, supporting loved ones, or simply recognising how important it is to care for our emotional well-being, this cause is close to my heart.
Taking part in this walk is more than just showing up, it’s about standing up. It’s about raising awareness, breaking down stigma, and honoring the challenges so many face every single day. It's a reminder that no one has to go through it alone.
I’m proud to walk for those who are struggling, for those who are healing, and for those we’ve lost. And I’m walking to remind myself, and others, that mental health matters. 💛🧡
