Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year? 

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

100km reflection

one of the hardest yet exciting things I’ve done in a while. being able to challenge my body to do the 100km this month has changed my life and shown me what I’m capable of. it’s given me a boost of confidence and an opportunity to set a basis for my cardiovascular fitness goals. While I’m sore and tired, I also feel good and my body is appreciating me for it. mentally I feel good , especially on the days that I felt stressed, I would push myself to go for a walk to run and afterwards I’d feel so much better. I’m definitely doing this again next month and vlogging my journey. maybe one day I might consider doing a marathon if by the Grace of God my knees do cooperate.
