Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Hi Everyone, 

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.

I've experienced this first hand and the struggle of limited resources as so many Australian families are in need that CAHMS, PCH and psychologists are at capacity.

I'm walking with my kids, family, friends and community to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

BUT ALSO, TO HEAL.

My work at Wild Creative (https://www.wildcreativeaustralia.com/) is aimed at supporting youth mental health, developing emotional intelligence and holistic wellbeing.

It would mean so much to us if you donated to support our ride.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
