Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

5ks today im so proud of my self after 8 years of not wanting to be here, where the only walking I did was "away" . today i walked five ks fuelled with belief in my self , belief that life's worth living. todays gonna be a good day

Up with th sun rise struggled to get started but positivity soon flooded me with this beautiful sight. not sure yet who I am entirely but I kniw im positive, enthusiastic, kind and brave good starting points :)

Walkn for life

Every morning I walk its a battle, i gotta fight 48 years of negativity. Every time I take that first step i feel so strong so proud and so happy with the woman im becoming

I spent yesterday filling my cup family , hobbies pretty things today nature shows me all itd beauty as I walk and feel greatful for all i have and all im becoming

Some days ya just gotta push to get outta bed, others ya got a litte extra in ya .. todays one of the latter for me feeling greatful for every extra step ,im choosing joy today xx sending positive vibes to all who need them

How far i've come

150 days ago I was at rock bottom lost to addiction and lost from myself . today im building myself back up and beyond wat I've ever known. day by day hour by hour minute by minute I've got this nobody is so broken they can't heal 💔 im walking for me im walking for you im walking for all of us sending love and strength where its needed x
