Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

This October, Frosty and I are walking 100km for One Foot Forward — Black Dog, White Dog. 🖤🤍🐾 Mental health has touched my life and the lives of people I love in many ways over many years. This year has brought challenges of my own, and reminded me just how important it is to have a strong support network — and access to the right help and resources when you need them. We're walking for those who struggle, those we've lost (love you, Steph x), those who walk beside them, and those who've been left behind. Because mental health shouldn't carry shame or stigma. We should be able to talk about it, ask for help and support each other. So this October, my white dog and I are walking 100km for the Black Dog Institute — raising awareness, acceptance and hopefully a few dollars along the way. Black Dog. White Dog. 100km. 🖤🤍🐾
