Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

Today we recognise World Mental Health Day!!! A powerful reminder that mental health is everyone’s business. 💚 Creating a culture (which our F45 community absolutely does) of care starts with small acts of kindness, open conversations, and looking out for one another. When we connect, listen, and support each other, we help build stronger, healthier, and more compassionate communities. Let’s keep raising awareness, breaking stigma, and reminding those around us that it’s okay to not be okay and help is always available. Together, we can make mental health and wellbeing a priority for all🙌🏻
