Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

My Updates

My walk

I’m walking not only for my uncle Rod who I never got to meet as he left this earth 4 years before I was born. I myself have experienced some hard times mentally with anxiety and depression. So I know exactly how it feels. But also for those who can’t walk or take a step forward for themselves. Who’s currently stuck in the darkness & can’t shake it. I’m shining a light for you. To bring awareness, support and comfort. To let them know that it’s okay to have these seasons. To hold on tight and it shall pass. Reach out to people anyone lifeline, a local community centre, an op shop even the check out lady… A problem shared is a problem halved. I’m always here for anyone that may need help.
