💙🏃♀️ ONE FOOT FORWARD 2026 — I’M DOING IT AGAIN! 🏃♀️💙 I’m joining the One Foot Forward Challenge again this October, but this year I’m doing something a little different… Everyone who knows me knows I am NOT a runner! 😂 So naturally, I’ve decided to challenge myself to RUN 100km throughout October. 🤦♀️🏃♀️ Now, 100km might not sound like a huge distance to some people, but for someone who doesn’t run — and who has a few health hurdles to navigate — this is going to be a BIG challenge for me. 💪 I’ll still be getting involved in our Lovable Lakelands community walking activities, but this year my personal goal is to step outside my comfort zone and work towards getting myself running. Even if it’s slow, even if I have to walk some of it, and even if it takes me all month… I’m going to give it a go! ❤️ And I’d LOVE for you to be part of it too. You don’t have to run. You don’t have to walk 100km. And you don’t even have to fundraise. 🙌 Simply signing up and getting moving is a win. This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
