Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Your steps today are a testament to your immense strength. Walking to support the people around you while quietly navigating your own heavy days is the truest definition of bravery. You are turning your own pain into a pathway of hope, proving that we don't have to be completely healed to make a profound difference. Please remember that you are never walking alone, even on the days it feels like it. Every kilometer you conquer is a quiet, powerful declaration that your story matters, your struggle matters, and that hope is always worth walking for. I see your fight, I am so incredibly proud of you, and I am with you every single step of the way. Keep putting one foot forward, but please be gentle with yourself as you do.
