Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Hi,
This month, I'm doing the One Foot Forward challenge to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
My personal challenge is to move the equivalent of 60km over the month of October. Included in my movement will be my prescribed exercises, stationary cycling, cleaning, gardening, and sideways, backwards and normal walking. And maybe some yoga or Tai Chi!
My goal is to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
