Micky Di

I’m running in solidarity this October for Australians affected by Mental Illness and Suicide. You're not alone and there's always people willing to listen & be there for you in your darkest times. I know personally how difficult living with Complex Mental Health Issues is & I want to not only bring awareness to Mental Health & Depression but to get people voicing their issues when they're in need of help. We see you, We hear you, We're here for you... Let's all encourage people it's OK to open up & confide in others & say I'M NOT OK so they get the support they need... β™₯️😌πŸ’ͺ

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we canΒ create better mental health for all Australians.
