Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, Iâm taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

Day one
I'm doing this for men's mental health because inside a man's head can be a prison
Us as men dont talk we dont share .we suck it put on our boot's day to day and do our best or try our best being father, sons ,husband's . To put our best foot forward and not fail our loved ones either it be financially or just being present in the moment and being a good bloke yet. when we sit alone left to our prison of a mind. drinking, substance abuse or just being straight. A man can tell himself things are pretty fucked he can talk to his own mind a answer himself but can not talk to anybody else on wats really in his head . he is not ok he is shattered like a broken glass thinking over thinking about all the things he can't change. The things he could have done differently the things that fuck with ones mind .and we dont speak about to anyone the things that keep a man awake in bed at night or on the tools by day its fucking with our men's metal health it ain't weak to speak. speak up lads if you have come this far in my novel I want to change my ways I dont speak iam weak but I want change Share
