Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates

Why I signed up
🌊✨ This past year has been one of the hardest for me living with chronic illness. My health has kept me bedridden for far too long, and it’s taken a huge toll on my mental health. But I’m ready to take charge—one step at a time.
This October, I’ve committed to One Foot Forward with the Black Dog Institute to raise awareness and funds for mental health. My goal is to walk 3.5km every single day—no matter how slow—to strengthen both my body and my mind.
I’m walking for mental health awareness, but also for my endo girlies, because endometriosis doesn’t just affect our bodies—it deeply impacts our mental health too. 💛
It won’t be easy, but I know every step will bring me closer to healing, hope, and helping others.
If you’d like to support me on this journey, and help Australians living with mental health challenges, please consider donating here:
