Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

On the 30th of June our world changed forever, my sister and I lost our dad and the world lost one of the funniest, most generous and hard working people who brought light and laughter to everybody’s lives. In honour of dad, and those impacted by mental illness and suicide, I will be walking in solidarity this October. A reminder to everyone, you matter, you are loved and you are not alone.
