I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. I have been suffering with Anxiety for over 23 years. Members of my family are currently going through a though time and I’m walking to show them my support and help my own mental health. Fitness is a great way to help your mental health so get out in the fresh air and enjoy a walk, it may make your day that bit brighter.
