Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Great work Rhysy. Too many men go unsupported but the system has a long way to go in not continuing to stigmatising men's mental health.

In Memory, In Support, In Hope ❤️ Today, we come together to remember those we have lost to suicide, to support those who are struggling, and to remind everyone that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. Mental health can affect anyone, regardless of age, background or circumstances. Sometimes the people who are hurting the most are the ones who hide it the best. This fundraiser is about breaking the silence, starting conversations, showing compassion and letting people know that it’s okay to ask for help. For those we have lost — you are remembered. For those struggling today — you matter. For those supporting someone they love — you are not alone. Let’s continue to look out for one another, check in, listen without judgement and create a community where asking for help is a sign of strength. Together, we can support mental health, spread hope and help prevent suicide. 🕊️❤️
