Support My Run for Mental Health Research
This October, I’m taking on a 250km challenge to support the Black Dog Institute’s One Foot Forward fundraiser. This marks my fifth consecutive year backing this incredible cause—something I’m deeply proud of.
Mental health is a cause close to my heart. Like many, in the past I’ve faced my own challenges, and I know firsthand the difference that support and understanding can make. I’ve been fortunate to have amazing people by my side, but sadly, not everyone has that same support. With 1 in 5 Australians experiencing mental illness every year, the need for better care, awareness, and solutions has never been greater.
That’s why I’m running—to help fund the Black Dog Institute’s groundbreaking work in mental health research, treatments, education, and digital tools. These resources change lives, and together we can make them accessible to the people who need them most.
