Support my walk for mental health research
This october, i’ll be taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide. I will be walking/running 60km to raise awareness for the 1 in 5 australians who experience mental illness each year.
I'm raising funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
Mental illness can affect anyone, and sometimes the people who are struggling are the ones you’d least expect. So many battles are fought silently, behind smiles and everyday life.
I’m walking and running to show my support, raise awareness and remind people that no one has to go through their struggles alone.
Check in on the people you love, be kind, and never underestimate how much a conversation can mean. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s never weak to reach out.
If you’re able to donate, even the smallest amount can help support mental health services and make a difference.
So proud of you Ruby!
