Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates

Mental health is something that has touched my life personally and through the lives of people I love. I know the weight that struggles can carry, and I also know how powerful it is to have support, kindness, and connection in those moments. That’s why this cause is so important to me because no one should ever have to feel alone in their fight.
Every step I take this month is not just about reaching 60km, but about standing up for those who are silently battling, for those who have reached out for help, and for those we’ve lost along the way. It’s about showing up, spreading love, and reminding people that there is always hope.
If you’re able to make a donation, no matter how big or small, it would mean the world to me and will directly help support services that change lives. Together, we can make a difference.
And most importantly, I want to leave a reminder: you are never, ever alone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out in times of need whether it’s to a loved one, a friend, or a professional. You are valued, you are loved, and the world is better with you in it 🫶🏽
