Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

This year has taught me more about mental health than I ever expected to learn. I’ve learned firsthand how much mental health struggles ripple outward — affecting not just the person going through it, but everyone who loves them. I’ve also learned how much it matters to have people around you who show up without judgment, who check in, who help carry the load when things feel too heavy to carry alone. My close circle of friends did exactly that for me this year, in more ways than I can fully put into words. Their support made a genuine difference during some very difficult months, and I don’t take that for granted. I’m walking with Black Dog Institute because I believe in the importance of mental health awareness and research, and because I want to turn what I’ve learned this year into something that helps other families too. Every step, and every contribution, is a small way of paying that support forward. Thank you for being part of my circle. This walk is for you as much as it’s for anyone..
