Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. This is my 3rd year walking and I have moved up 50kms per year so far. I have goals to better my own mental health and will continue to strive for myself and hope along the way I can inspire others around me to be better themselves, for themselves and for everyone in life. One foot forward is a great way to continue to get out and grow your mind to life and its surroundings, take it all in and enjoy the fresh air. I started this challenge years ago to honour my son’s namesake who we have unfortunately lost to suicide. I will continue to honour and think of him every year, and all the others we’ve lost too soon. This cause is close to my heart and I will continue to strive to do better for not just my own mental health but to show support to others going through it too. Much love 💪❤️
