Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

My why..

If you are reading this, hello. How are you? I don’t know how to start blogs (clearly). Anyway, my why is simple, I’ve had my struggles with mental health from a young age; at 26 I’ve worked hard to create a life I am proud of, and that I hope 16 year old Sophia would be amazed by. (🫣peak the cringy 16 pic) Mental Health affects every 1 in 5 Australian, so we all know someone. The stigma around Mental Health has come a long way, but there is still a way to go. By signing up I hope to raise awareness, and open up more conversations.
