Wellness Warriors 2025

Today I walked with 27 incredible women (including 2 young children) for the One Foot Forward Challange. We walked the coast in a waves of rainbow colour. Our theme was 'Walk of Joy'. Its all about create positive ripples and our message is that your life matters and you are never alone. Which I believe we proved today. Women coming together from all walks of life for such a meaningful cause. One close to our hearts. So proud of us! Especially as we absolutely smashed our goal by over a thousand dollers🥰🌈💕

This October I’m taking on a big challenge — walking 150km in the One Foot Forward event. I’m walking in honour of my cousin, and for the 1 in 5 Australians who experience mental illness every single year.

I’m raising funds for the Black Dog Institute, so they can continue their incredible work in creating ground-breaking treatments, education, and digital support services for people who need it most.
