Not every battle is visible
There’s a lot of stuff people carry that you’ll never see from the outside.
The smile. The jokes. The “I’m good, mate.” The bloke who still shows up, still checks on everyone else, still gets on with his day while quietly fighting battles nobody knows about.
Mental health doesn’t always look like breaking down. Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed when you don’t want to. Sometimes it’s going for a walk just to clear your head. Sometimes it’s admitting you’re struggling instead of pretending you’re not.
This blog is about the real stuff the wins, the setbacks, the lessons, the days that hurt and the days that remind you why you kept going.
No pretending. No bullshit. Just real conversations about life, mental health and getting through the shit that tries to break us.
If you’re struggling too, you’re not the only one. 🫡

I’m doing this walk because I’m trying to find my way forward, one step at a time. I’ve been through a pretty rough period, and my mental health has taken a beating. I’m doing this for myself, but most importantly, I’m doing it for my boys to keep pushing, keep fighting and show them that even when life knocks you down, you can get back up. And to every battler out there struggling behind closed doors: you’re not alone. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. 🖤
