Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. Doing this walk helps to support many of my friends who have struggled through various mental health and anxiety challenges . Personally the Black dog has shown up a lot for me struggling with both mental health and anxiety challenges. It hasn’t been an easy road to travel on and I will admit there have many weekends where I couldn’t face the world . People would say I’m always out and about doing stuff but I will admit sometimes this was a huge mask hiding away feelings of low self esteem , inadequacy and not having a voice! Being out in nature and walking has helped so much with my mental health so I thought why not do what I love to support this great cause . Sometimes it can be hard to reach out and talk about what’s going on by being part of this I feel less alone!. I would love it if you could donate to support those like myself and others on this journey. Much thanks and love..❤️
