Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates
200km. One Foot Forward for Mental Health. 🖤
This October, I’m walking 200km for One Foot Forward.
Mental health isn’t just a cause I care about — it’s something I live with every day.
I live with depression and anxiety, and I know how hard the dark days can be. I also know the impact mental illness and suicide can have on families, friends and the people left behind.
I’m doing this because I don’t believe anyone should ever feel ashamed to say they’re struggling, that they’re not okay, or that they live with mental illness. We need to talk about it. We need to support each other. And most importantly, we need to remind people that they don’t have to face it alone.
So for 31 days, I’m putting one foot in front of the other — 200km for mental health.
For myself. For the people I love. For the people we’ve lost. And for anyone fighting through a dark day.
Speak up. Stick together. Keep going. 🖤
