Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

My Updates

You are worth it 😘

60KM for Mental Health 🖤 I’m walking 60km for the Black Dog Institute to raise awareness for mental health, with a goal of raising $1,000. Mental health isn’t just something I support from the sidelines — it’s something I’ve personally struggled with for most of my life. I know what it’s like to have battles that nobody else can see, to wake up fighting your own mind, and to have days where simply getting through the day feels like an achievement. So this walk means so much more to me than 60km. Every kilometre is for the people silently struggling. For the people who feel alone. For the people who are fighting battles nobody knows about. For the people who are still here, even when their mind tells them they shouldn’t be. And honestly, every step I take is also for me — because I know how far I’ve come, and I know how much it has taken to get here. If you can donate, even a few dollars, you’ll be helping support mental health research, awareness and programs that can genuinely change lives. $1, $5, $10 — every little bit counts. 60km. $1,000. One very personal reason behind every single step. 🖤 Let’s smash this goal. And if you’re struggling right now, please remember: you are worth staying for.
