Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Coming from a regional Queensland and having boarded at an all-boys school, I have gained a strong understanding of the mental health challenges faced by Australians, particularly men living in regional communities.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
As an aspiring psychologist, supporting mental health is something I am deeply passionate about. It would mean a great deal to me if you could support my walk with a donation, no matter how big or small.
Walking is my least favorite activity these days, so putting my shoes on has to be for a good cause.
Together, we can help create better mental health for all Australians.
