Oxenbridge Stronger Together - Every Step for Mental Health
This October, the Oxenbridge family is coming together to walk for mental health - something that is very close to our hearts.
We are doing this for our Dad (Pete), who has been navigating his own mental health journey. Through the highs and lows, he has shown incredible strength, and one thing that has never changed is his willingness to talk.
Dad will be walking alongside us throughout October, doing what he loves most - having a chat, checking in with people and reminding others that it's okay to not be okay.
We believe that sometimes a simple conversation can make a bigger difference than we realise. No judgement, no fixing, just listening and being there.
So we're walking together as a family to raise awareness, start conversations and show our support for everyone who has been affected by mental health.
