Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

This October, I’m putting One Foot Forward to walk in solidarity with Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. ❤️ I’m taking part in the One Foot Forward challenge to support the incredible work of the Black Dog Institute, helping fund research, prevention, early intervention and support for mental health. Mental illness can affect anyone, often in ways we can’t see. Suicide has also touched far too many lives, families and communities. I’m walking to show that no one should have to face their darkest moments alone. Every step is a reminder that there is hope, there is support, and there are people who care. This October, I’ll be walking for those struggling, for those we’ve lost, for those supporting loved ones, and for a future where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. If you’d like to support my walk, any donation, big or small, would mean so much. 🖤 One foot forward. One step closer to a mentally healthier Australia.
