Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

I’ll walk for the young people trying to find their way. For the men who were taught to stay silent. For the parents watching someone they love struggle. For the carers who keep showing up. For the people taking recovery one day at a time. 100km. One step at a time. My pledge is to keep walking, even when it gets hard, because mental health struggles don't simply stop when things get hard either. If this walk starts even one conversation, encourages one person to reach out, or reminds someone that people care, then every kilometre will be worth it. I walk beside you. I walk for you. I walk in solidarity. 💙
