To every mum who has experienced the baby blues, postnatal depression, anxiety, or simply found motherhood harder than she ever imagined… I see you. ❤️ I know how hard it can be to say, “I’m not okay. I need help.” Sometimes we feel like we should be coping, that we should be grateful, or that asking for help means we aren’t doing a good enough job. It doesn’t. There is nothing wrong with not being okay, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying, “I need a little extra help and support right now.” My hope is that more mums know they don’t have to struggle in silence. That they feel safe enough to speak up, reach out and ask for the support they need, without shame or judgement. You are not failing. You are not alone. You are still a good mum. Sometimes being strong simply means having the courage to say, “I need help.” ❤️

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
