Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

yesterday i didn't get to the target. after two falls i was feeling it. small steps at a time will build it up. still aiming for 7 KS a day and i am doing well. glad i have put my hand up to do this

i keep going as i have always pushed through each mountain. i have two bruised knees but refuse to let something so small stop me walking the 7 a day. or getting my targets of 217 KS or 2500 funds. i am giving back for all the times my depression has hit me
