I stand with you in the fight against mental health
First Responders and Returned Service Men and Women are the most likely occupations to suffer PTSD within their chosen careers.I'm walking in solidarity this October to raise awareness for Mental Health and suicide across the country.
A cause close to my heart, I will carry with me thoughts for the families and communities that have lost loved ones way too soon to suicide.
For all those suffering with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety as a direct result of their work in the frontline as First Responders and returned service men and women, you are not alone.
Your work in the community and for the country is critical, but your life and what you mean to the people around you is more important. I stand with you, your families and your community
