Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

This Mental Health Month, I’m walking for something that means a lot more to me than just completing a walk. I’m walking for my own mental health. I’m walking for the people who are struggling silently. For the people who feel like they’re alone. For the people who don’t know how to ask for help. For the people who are still here, fighting battles nobody else can see. And I’m walking for my cousin Jesse. 🖤 Mental health can affect anyone. Sometimes the people who seem the happiest, strongest or most okay are carrying things we know absolutely nothing about. I want to help raise awareness, start conversations and remind people that there is no shame in struggling and there is no shame in asking for help. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to wait until things get unbearable. And you don’t have to go through it alone. This walk is for me. For you. For those we’ve lost. For those still fighting. And for Jesse. 🖤 Walk for mental health. Talk about mental health. Check in on your people. If you’re able to support my walk or donate to the Black Dog Institute, even a small amount can help support mental health research and programs that make a difference.
