Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
Thank you to my Sponsors

I’m walking to raise funds for mental health because this cause is deeply personal to me. Like so many families, mine has been touched by mental illness. I have family members and friends who struggle, sometimes silently, and I’ve seen how hard it can be to ask for help — and how life‑changing the right support can be. Every step I take is for them: for the late-night conversations, the tough days, the small wins, and the courage it takes to keep going. It’s also for everyone else who feels alone in their struggle, and for the people who love them and want to help but don’t always know how.
