This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

This October, I’m walking in solidarity for all Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. Every step I take is a reminder that no one should have to face their struggles alone. Mental health challenges can touch anyone — friends, family, colleagues, neighbours — and it’s time we walk together, talk openly, and show compassion without judgment. To anyone who’s finding things tough right now: you are not alone. There is hope. There is help. And there are people who care deeply — even if you can’t see it in this moment. I’m walking to raise awareness, start conversations, and support the life changing work of the Black Dog Institute. Together, we can make a difference — one step, one story, one heart at a time.
