Support My Cycle for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

During October 2026, I plan to cycle over 350 KMs including on Sunday 18th October 2026, I’m taking part in "Around The Bay" (cycling over 200 KMs to circumnavigate Port Philip Bay in a single day) in support of One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm cycling to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
