Support my walk for mental health research

Hello my name is Dian (Deejay) and My aim is to run 5km everyday for 31 days in October for the black dog institute 🏃 The struggle I’ll face while doing this challenge is nothing compared to the struggle millions of Australians face with mental illnesses every day, I want to show my support to my wife, family members and to thousands of others impacted by mental illnesses and suicde. Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year? I'm running to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most. It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge and Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
