Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Mental health awareness month
Hey Friends 🥰 This year, for my birthday, I’ve decided to dedicate the whole month to something very close to my heart — mental health awareness. I’ll be walking 60+ km throughout the month to raise funds for a charity that means so much to me. My goal is to raise $1000. If I reach it, happy days! And if I go over it, even better! But more than the fundraising, I want to remind anyone who may be struggling that you are not alone. No matter how big or small what you’re going through may seem, there are people who care, ears that are willing to listen, and support available when you need it. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. If you’d like to support my birthday challenge, I’d be so grateful for any donation, big or small. Every little bit helps make a difference. Thank you for being part of my journey and for helping me spread a little more awareness, kindness and hope.
