Support my walk for mental health research

Yooo I’m gonna walk 150km this October in Sweden and try to raise some money for mental health awareness and support services through the black dog institute. I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a while now so i’m very excited. I’m sure everybody or atleast everyone has someone they love in their life who has struggled. I have struggled myself at times, watched people I love struggle and i’ve experienced first hand the impact suicide has on a family. My sister took her own life when she was just 20 years old back in 2006 and it’s something i never really talk about to avoid “awkward” and “uncomfortable” conversations but i’ve realised avoiding this topic doesn’t create an open space for people in my life and people I meet to chat to me if they’re feeling this way. I believe the more we talk openly about suicide and mental health the more people will hopefully reach out to their family, friends and professionals to let them in and get help. Black dog institute do wicked things for mental health awareness in Australia. Moneys bloody tight I get it but any donations would be epic. Love yas x
