Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I wake up in the middle of the night couple days before October, and think of my beautiful sister who has grown her wings. My sister a strong supporter for mental health and has also suffered with it herself. I scroll my newsfeed, it says she has donated to this nonprofit. I will take it as a spiritual sign, I will keep her legacy alive with walking 111Angel km this October in memory of her, and for all the individuals suffering mental illness and suicide. 🧡💚🤍🕊
