Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

BACK AGAIN, GUYS!
The $1,500 mullet clearly wasn’t enough…
So here I am again — ready to turn up.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward alongside an incredible bunch of people who are all ready to get out there, put in the kilometres and support something that really matters.
We’re running to support Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide, raising funds for the Black Dog Institute to help put better mental health treatment, education and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
Working in mental health, I see the importance of showing up — and this is one more way I can do that.
Every kilometre we run and every dollar we raise is a step towards helping someone who may be facing the toughest moments of their life.
Together, we can make a difference.
So it’s time to lace up, put the work in and run for something that matters.
Rise together.
Run together.
Raise together. 🖤
If you can donate, share this or simply get behind our team, it genuinely means a lot.
